[u][b]IMPERIAL PEACE [/b][/u]
What means peace is the absence of war. If one decided to go, rob ones neighbours, plunder their lands, carry off their women folk, burn down their towns and villages and other such unsavoury activities , this absolutely is what we call war where it means to take all of others and kill at will remains still the thinking of a man in terms of war .
The named Romans ( 0f the Western Storage of the so much talked of extended ciivilisation thrown onto our shoulders and impressed on us the Black people as well appeared on the scene and started their adventures with and talikng of wars breaking , killing people and destroying nations for the benefits of their own society : plundered and pillaged for the benefit of the plundered and pillaged peoples.
The Roman societies, it was argued according to this logic, were in need of Civilization – the Superior way of life of the Militarily more Powerful Aggressive ; that is if they had to kill everyone in those Societies who did not agree with this view of High Superior Civilisation .
If one had to terrorise all the Inhabitants of these Societies into accepting themselves as Subjects of their Oppressor, it was all in the name of Civilisation and therefore a Humanitarian duty.
Peace became a State where the Imperial Lands benefited from their Imperial conquests and used any means, generally violence, reward and conditioning, to maintain their dominance. As long as the violence and killing did not take place in the imperial Capital or Nation then the Empire was at peace. No matter if in the occupied lands people were murdered by the millions.
If we look at today's infamous War on Terror, we see axample evidence that this thought System did not disappear with the Roman Empire. Whether it is the bombings in Madrid, London or WTC most of the West behaves as if those were the first people and only people on earth to ever have died a violent death.
About 3000 people died in the September 11th attacks, that's the equivalent death toll of 3 days in the Congo and let us not forget the war there, which was engineered by the Clinton administration, has been going on since 1997.
Often one hears American officials saying if we do not fight the terrorists in Iraq we will have to fight them in our homeland. Is that not saying as long as it is Arabs in Iraq who get blown to pieces on the streets of their towns and villages and not our American citizens, its fine ?
All over the world regimes are being targeted for regime change by the self appointed want – to - be imperial masters of the world USA ,UK and their Western cronies and cheer - leaders as well as their non - Western houseboys and girls. Wars are waged through proxy armies in the name of Global Security, meaning Western security, the modern form of Imperial Peace.
The UN, hiding behind spectacular Humanitarian Declaration is becoming the tool by which Imperial Peace or rather Perpetual War is to be waged against all who are not willing to accept the Civilisation, Freedom and Democracy being offered by the new Western Imperial Masters.
We are being offered Slavery and Domination disguised as freedom and if we are smart enough and brave enough to call a spade, a spade ( in case of Lado ) and do something about it, we are accused of disturbing the Imperial peace and in the name of Imperial Peace the most fundamental instrument of Empire, War, will be unleashed upon us.
The attempted management reform of the UN, which is currently being blocked by "developing" countries, as well as the recommendations of a UN panel of former diplomats and politicians chaired by former Thai Prime Minister Anand Panyarachun, saying that the UN should be reformed to make Intervention in failed States easier are all means by which the Global Reign of Western order and Civilization is to be unleashed upon the world.
Colonization was initiated in the name of ending Slave Trade. Today, in the name of Imperial Peace we are to be recolonized in the name of Stabilising African states, ending genocide and bringing good governance.
And as always, to end genocide according to classical imperial logic, what better way can there be other than practicing genocide against all and any who resist the spread of Imperial Reign and Culture or are inconvenient to the spread of the global order.
Mandela must have been well informed of this Imperial Peace Power reigning in Africa than otherwise ---- THE BLACK COLOURS STILL GO DOWN IN MINES TO COLLECT THE CRISTAL MINERALS !! Hey I am forgetting to tell you that He ( Mandela ) receives in immage of him a Big statue in the Heart of London !!!
Poor Africa if not least there is to say really ----------- .
